With your current computer you wont need it because you can overclock your processor. Not sure how good your cooling is but with your i7 960 you could get pretty high in ghz but the higher you go, the more your computer heats up. Thats why I say you dont need any boosters if you can overclock...

That is a very nice build. I wouldnt worry about the HD speed because it only affects load times and if you are that concerned with load times, i would get an SSD but that costs more and I dont want you to be thinking about your HD when you need to be concerned with your overall computer...
