I think I overclocked it and then it broke. I only changed the fsb though not the multiplier.

I did try to overclock the processor before it started doing this, could I have fried the cpu?

this could be a virus so try doing a scan but if not then you may need to reinstall windows

is it just a standard pci video card?

sounds like a virus. I think reinstalling windows is the best option or you could just change the display properties in control panel.
