Usually if you've connected the printer to the router for the first time and left all the printer network settings on default for the first time, it'll be on automatic IP mode which will pull the next IP address available from your router's dhcp.
Even if you've set a static IP afterwards on...
Typically, steam downloaded games will have steam DRM which checks on steam servers to authenticate your copy of the game is a valid copy. Steam offline mode allows it to waive that check to support times where your computer may be without an internet connection. There's no limit to offline mode.
That monitor difference is noticeable. Like if you've never experienced a higher resolution monitor with a taller aspect ratio, then ignorance is bliss and you probably wouldn't mind not stepping up to a higher res.
But it's one of those once you've experienced it and used one for awhile, you...
Ah I see... title description of laptop B is wrong. If both are 13700HX, then spec wise, it's mostly a monitor difference. The 2560 x 1600 in Laptop A is quite a step up in pixel density and a better monitor ratio at 16:10 instead of 16:9 (i.e. taller screen). The extra 165hz vs 144hz is...
Depends on what games you play, but the 13700HX has two more performance cores and can be undervolted for more performance. It will be noticeable for games that can utilize more cores.
Besides... Laptop A's not that much thicker. We're talking about 0.17".
Laptop A has a noticeably faster processor and a higher resolution monitor with a higher refresh rate as well.
If your choices are only between those two, I would go with Laptop A.
Ehhh... the 4060 ti's such a dud and you're buying into a dead AMD platform with no path for any upgrades in the future with the exception of the X3D chip.
To run at 8K, monitors typically require you to connect both DP1.4 cables to your GPU to get 8K60.
Until the DP2.0 actually becomes widely available, going to 8K will require 2 simultaneous DP1.4 connections.
Unless you're trying to run multi IP setups with your modem, I would put the router ahead of the switches.
Also, why are you making things complicated?

An Intel Arc A310 is probably your best bet. The spec sheet from Lenovo's website on your machine shows a pretty low powered power supply (180W or 210W)... which should be sufficient for the...
Technically any of them should work. The difference between mini and micro builds are what (features) gets shipped in the box.

Read through that chart to see what you need and install the version with it.
That being said... installing...
That's what my Task Manager shows for me regarding Bitdefender.
What's the application that's taking up most of your CPU usage on Task Manager? If all the bitdefender instances are at 0% like mine, it's not causing your slow down.
No. If your motherboard uses DDR4, it won't support DDR5.
The CPU technically does, but the motherboard doesn't. You would need a new motherboard that supports DDR5 for that generation of Intel CPUs.
Someone's done the research and put in a tier list together for PSUs. It's routinely updated as well to keep with the latest releases.

Anything in Tier C and above with 500W is fine.
