    Really high ping?

Ping can be affected by many things other than distance or speed. How is your network connected? Are you running a router? If you are, then I would connect the computer straight to the modem, and try again. It could even be a faulty modem, but, it's a bit early in the thread to determine that...

    Do you know why?

What battle for security? Respectively, as I posted before, if the roles were reversed, and Linux was the 80% share holder, then we would be talking about flaws in the Linux kernel, because Linux would constantly be attacked by hackers, and viruses. The link posted by tossy is nothing more than...

    Do you know why?

Linux is not more secure than Windows. That claim is debatable at best, and a complete opinion, not a fact. The word "secure" is nothing more than a marketing technique used by both Microsoft and Linux to gain popularity. Windows is the most widely used operating system in the world; thus being...

    I see no diffrence

lol there's no secret. As I said, there may be an issue with your setup. If you can't notice a difference, there is definitely something amiss.

Has anybody used this?? >> http://www.1-click-fix.com/

lol the OP is obviously a spammer.

    I see no diffrence

I have noticed a rediculous difference. I was amazed. You might have something else in the mix causing a degraded signal.

    Worst OS ever?

Read my previous post again, as I edited it, with much greater detail. You liked Vista? Then why tarnish Vista and hang it as one of the choices for worst OS ever?

    Worst OS ever?

Why is Vista a choice? Here's a quite recent thread on Vista's supposed "fail". The OP was owned quite fast, because, as stated by experienced posters, Vista was and is better than Windows XP. Windows XP had much more issues and security vulnerabilities than Vista did, and will, ever have...

    Computer Problem's

Ok, so that rules out the hard drive as suspect. Did you do anything in particular to correct the blue screen?

    Computer Problem's

No. Blue screens can happen with just about anything. Blue screens can happen with everything from motherboards, to PCI cards. When you turn on the computer, do you hear clicking, or any odd noises coming from the hard drive itself? I wouldn't jump to conclusions, if I were you. It really...

    computer or laptop to TV

25 feet? That's fine. As for the monitor and HDTV question, you should be able to dual moniter what you're talking about, no problem.

How do I Disable Realtek on P5KPL-AM SE

What operating system do you have? What exactly do you mean the sound was gone? The sound bar in the taskbar is gone, or an error comes up?

No Source, DVI, or VGA Signal??

The monitor is connected, correct? What brand of monitor? Does the computer start up as normal; no beeps, clicks, etc.? Have you jiggled the cord?

    Need more RAM?

I don't think it's that simple. HP, Asus, and Dell get paid big bucks to include, or "promote", third party software in their PC's. Also, interestingly enough, one of my HP computers doesn't have very cheap parts, and it was a cheap computer, with parts that include: Asus, Hitachi, and Lite-On...

Wow Chrome Sure Spead Up My Web Surfing Switched from Firefox Have Windows 7 O/S

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, however, you just compared a car to a computer program. I don't see how that makes sense at all. "Chrome is faster in the way it works?" What? It does the same thing IE or FF does: it takes a load of text and commands sent from a URL, and turns these into a...

    computer or laptop to TV

A 12 foot DVI to HDMI cable will not cause picture degradation. As for the desktop, could you explain this in better detail, please? I think I know what you're talking about, just not exactly sure. You mean to have the LCD moniter combined with the flat screen, correct?

    VPN configuration issues

IPSec isn't the authentification of the VPN, it's a security feature sometimes automatically enabled in routers; it enables more than one VPN network to authenticate, but can cause issues. There should be something of a check box in the router config, that states "IPSec (VPN)".
