Constant rebooting could be do to overheating. Id suggest going into your bios and checking your system temperatures and cpu. Post back with that info. If your temps are too hot, your cooling may not be working or installed properly.

Well, I was finaly able to get it fixed. As it was looking for a floppy each time it started, I was able to use an ms-dos bootable floppy with a new bios file and flash program on it to revive the bios. Now Ive also windows reading the drive. Thanks everyone.
