the only programs I use are photoshop, notepad, and ws_ftp and none of them are too much of a strain on a system. you don't NEED a core2duo for web design, but it would definitely make it 10x more enjoyable not having to wait on a celeron trying to play catch up. working in real time is the way...

yes, i liked yours :P IMO a screenshot should have barely any HUD in it, or no HUD at all

i thought most of these were very, very mediocre :(

my only advice is to get as specific a degree as possible. computer science graduates are a dime a dozen and they really aren't very marketable when time comes to apply for a job.
