Without researching specific components, my guess is that's $200-300 over what it would cost you to build it yourself.

Please, Right Click "My Computer", Manage, Disk Management. Post screen shot... Defrag can take hours depending on the size of the drive.

Is the TRUE meant to be used passively like the Megahalems? Case airflow should be adequate with a cooler intended to be used passively when not overclocked, although I'm not sure why anyone would not just buy at least one fan...

If you use MSE or Avira, there's no need to choose. Neither will bog your system like Norton will. Just saying...:) Esset is also light and works well, but it's not free.

You only need this: Microsoft Security Essentials OR this: Avira AntiVir Personal Either of these will be fine. The more crap you install, the more problems you will have.
