Okay, im glad we are back on topic. The battery has not arrived yet. I went to my local PC shop [PC MAX] and they did not have the battery. so i got one off of amazon. LOL, you are correct! :) :D

Okay thanks guys for all your help. i found the problem. with some experimenting and some trouble shooting, i found out that the battery is bad.

well the end of the charger cord is bent a little bit. lemme try the charger for one of my other toshiba laptops.....

so i got the computer freshly installed with windows 10. now the batter meter says 0% and charging. ITS BEEN CHARGING FOR HOURS and it STILL says this! when i pull out the charger, the laptop just shuts down. i need to have this fixed by Sunday because the person who asked me to fix there PC...

but i used it to install windows 10 on 4 computers!!

I did that already! and i also enables Legacy boot or something

Reboot your router / modem. if that does not work, uninstall and reinstall / update wireless drivers.

That happend to me, too. i fixed it by booting into BIOS (F12, OR Esc) and going into safe mod and changing the resolution and other settings.

i think the snapdragon s4 pro is 32 bit.... this link(http://www.notebookcheck.net/Qualcomm-Snapdragon-S4-APQ8064A-SoC.86878.0.html) says no 64 bit supported....
