It's not dual-core, it's just Hyper Threading. The thing is that both HT read outs seem to be at 100%, but the total load reads at 50% and Kernel at approximately the same, that's what I don't understand. Does it mean that my CPU is being underused for some reason?

Read specs below. I'm running Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 and my CPU reaches maximum (meaning computer responds much slower) at 50~52%, but my earlier CPU P4 2.4 non-HT maxed out at a 100%. Does this have anything to do with Hyper threading? Is there any setting that can fix this?

I got the Sapphire Radeon X1600 512MB AGPx8 and I am very glad I did the purchase. I play FEAR, BF2, DOOM3, QUAKE4... and a little Leisure Suit Larry (i know, i know, what am i doing?) in High Resolutions with a steady minimum 30 frame rate (1099 fps on LSL of course). I recommend it.

cd cracks are legal, but no, i have an original version. i bought my game with the 1.2 patch already applied to it. and i found what the problem was... sound card acceleration i adjusted the dxdiag.exe sound acceleration settings down to basic, since i am running onboard sound, and it worked...
