    Should I add more cooling?

That doesn't really make sense. To keep dust floating in the air you want more air movement, pressure won't make a difference. However, high or low pressure does determine which direction air is moving at vent holes or other non-air tight spots with no fans. If most people say that it's...

Consequences of a power supply burnout?

Probably not. Someone will have to confirm this, but I'm pretty sure a well designed PSU usually have good short circuit protection and such.

    What one would you get?

Even if the 23" has a 5ms response time, for the price I'd get it too.

    Ati Radeon Video Card problem!!!

Online drivers are better because they are up-to-date. If you're lucky, the newer drivers may fix your problem. Does your fan turn off after or before crashing? I'm gonna agree here with linkin, it's either a bad Video Card, or poor power supply.

    Looking for a New Case.

How about this Lian-Li it's nearly the same except it only comes with one front fan. But it looks like you could add more.

    Looking for a New Case.

What do you guys think of Lian-Li's cases? (Semi thread jacking :P) I've been looking at this one myself.

What do you think, Asus VW224U 22" LCD

Thanks. I wrote that thing a while back because i didn't have anything better do to at that time (kinda of a long story). But I'm more busy nowadays, maybe if I have the time I'll be able to finally update it.

    Weird GPU noises

Just pitching this in here: If it's the fan, then it's possible that the PWM control is making that noise when the fan is running at low speeds. Is the noise similar to a high pitch whine of a cordless drill? That's similar to the PWM thing.

is the gtx 260 worth the $60 upgrade over the gts 250?

My current system has a GTX260, and I've been really satisfied with it. Plays any game, really smooth. However, that being said, I have physx calculation being offloaded to my 9800GT, and I have a more powerfull CPU than you. But if you want your GPU to last a while, I'd go for it, it's a solid...

    Crossfire confusion

You can run an ati card and nvidia (not in windows vista though). However, if the nvidia even hints that there's a non-nvidia GPU in the system, physx is disabled if you have driver version 186 and above. Source1 Source2 Source3 Also sorta mentioned in the nvidia faq You might be able to try...

    Windows 7 Wallpapers

First thing to come to mind: Maybe Asus added a little batch file or something on startup. If you can post a hijackthis log someone could spot it if it's there.

What do you think, Asus VW224U 22" LCD

Ya, but it's also alot more money than I should be spending(I'm already spending a ton on a new PC). I think what I'll do is sell my current system, depending on how much I sell it for I'll either do that 25.5" + 2 17" thing, or just get one 22" so it can be added to my current monitors. Nice...

What do you think, Asus VW224U 22" LCD

Ya, I did read that review, and what has me worried is what they said on page 5 about those high resolutions. However, from the look of that video, it seems to run smoothly. Another thing I can still do is just get a big LCD, like a 26" or 30" or something and just play on that... EDIT: Never...

What do you think, Asus VW224U 22" LCD

Not crossfired, that wouldn't work to well. I'll be running the 5450 independently, to run my fourth monitor (A smaller LCD currently on top of my center 22"). If I get a 5870 eyefinity 6 edition (depends on price), I won't need that 5450, because the 5870 eyefinity 6 edition can run 6 monitors...

    Low 3DMark scores

That seems on part if you compare in the 3DMARK06 Thread (You're actually in the top 20 if you'd post your score there). I do believe that the graphics card is the biggest factor in the 3Dmark scores. See what adding more ram does.

What do you think, Asus VW224U 22" LCD

What I'm saying is that the GPU (The 5870) will have to render games at 5760 x 1080 if I'm spanning across the three 23" at 1920x1080 each. While if I just replace my CRT with another 22", the rendering resolution would be at 5040x1050, so smoother playing games. Although the ATI5870 is a...

What do you think, Asus VW224U 22" LCD

That's definitely a better deal. But here's my situation: I currently have two 22" running at 1680x1050, I want to replace my CRT with another 22" because I'll have to ability to span games across three LCDs with my future build (see also newegg wish list). So I can either get that 22" or sell...

What do you think, Asus VW224U 22" LCD

Opinions on the Asus VW224U? I found on newegg for a really decent price. 2ms GTG, looks really nice.

    New Build, Killer budget

That's looks perfect. Thanks bomberboysk. You've been very helpfull. I think I'm pretty much set for my next build. Just gonna wait to see what the 5870 eyefinity 6 edition turns out. Thanks again. EDIT: I've updated the newegg wishlist to sum up Plus: -Slip Stream Fans for case fans -Ultra...
