The memtest only run for 20-60 minutes at max before it shuts down. Varies depending on the amount of installed RAM.

You can try to reseat the ram. But unless they aren't propperly seated i doubt it will help.. Open task manager and click on the performance-tab and check how much ram that's being registered and test the exact amount you see with the memtest. But keep in mind that memtest can only test 2GB...

You should get a lot higher cpu score compared to what you just got. Because that's lower than what i get, can't be right..
