Oh okay. I just heard that it was crazily graphics intensive and that to run it on max you would need like a 6990, or two cards. Again, wingisme, I would go for a 6850 if you can handle the price.

I would go for the 8GB just in case. You may not use 4GB or over normally, but maybe you will one time and then you will wish that you had the 8GB. Just my thoughts.

The board Stranglehold suggested is very nice. I have it and it works great. I had no trouble with mine at all or anything. Like everyone said, it is just a good board for the price and runs great.

In my opinion, since you say you are new to this, you shouldn't get an SSD. I would keep the money for the video card. I don't have an SSD and it's doesn't really seem to be that big of a deal. Also, at what quality of settings do you want to play those games? Because that could change the...

Yeah I agree. It definitely won't run Crysis 2 at high settings. I'm sure my 6950 2GB won't even run it at high settings without a little lag at least.

Agreed ^ . I have that motherboard(I think it seems to becoming more popular) and I love it. It is a good price for the quality. I game quite a bit, when I'm not on computer forum, and it has worked just great.
