ah the pentium d i remember how much lag i had with that processor and when i got it i thought it was like the best processor out lol

my q6600 and 8800gts (superclocked) ran it on very high settings fine, no lag i got around 20fps sometimes

get a quad if you plan on keeping that processor for more then a year otherwise get a 3.0 dualcore

get 2 8800gt instead of a gtx

my screen shows wierd color lines across the screen and in bios the beginning some words are cut off and spell out poo it seemed all to happen right after I downloaded this program to fix iTunes to work with 64 bit vista, my computer would load then just shut off while I reformated the hard...

it says start up settings 602/mhz/1701/792mhz how do these sound i dont know what each clock is for exxept the core clock but i got core clock as 600 shader clock as 1389 and memory clock as 1006 how do these settings look for a pny 8800gts 640mb, and will it hurt if i put the fan on...

ok i got it oc i copied the exact specs of this card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130081 core clock 580mhz shader clock 1701 should i link clocks or not? they are currently not linked

im still having trouble i got to where i can overclock but its locked and says n/a n/a when i enable driver hardware overclock and requires a reboot it says this program is blocked then i unblocked it and the bars are locked and its unchecked? what should i do

i just downloaded riva tuner but how do i change the cards settings, i dont see where it shows the option, can some one who is familar point out what tab i go under and what do i click my card is a 8800gts runniing at 50c

agreed x 38 boards are great for overclocking

it was it cold water and sat there for a while and i still cant my temp lower then 32c i take it out of cold water and put a big fan that isnt used for computer now it is 32.5 lol if i want to oc to 3.1 does any body know the exact fsb and the voltage to set it to, also last time overclocked...
