Looks good, should play the newest titles quite nicely for a few more years. I'm worried about the XtremeGear PSU, though, not really heard much about them. I can't vouch for them or shoot them down since I've never really used them, but I'd suggest you switch to a more branded one.

You don't need to at all, in fact, some motherboards have problems when you do. Why they still keep them on there is beyond me.
