Those teeny tiny ones or the cheapest PC in Best Buy should do that. Make sure the HDD is a decent size and that it isn't horribly slow or an HP of some sort.

I agree, I can't go back to XP after Windows 7. Windows 7 is the more elegant version of Vista, and practically bug/error free.

Are you sure? Because I plan to upgrade to crossfire in the future and with two 6870's in my case I don't think it would be big enough do you?

Okay so my friend agreed to trade his red thermaltake case and his modular 550W PSU for my 400 W Dynex, my NZXT Case, a 1TB Sata HD, and an old 520 GT GPU from Nvidia. Should I just go ahead and do it? Because I love his case and I really need that PSU.

I took the GPU out and the noise persists, so I know it's not straining on startup :P.

I like the Alienware model above with the turbo boost of the i7 up to 2.9 Ghz. :D

STAY AWAY FROM HP, my old laptop that was HP died in a year and 1 day, out of warranty and out of luck along with a locked bios in any direction you go. Dells are amazing.

This 400W is surprisingly working better than my old faulty 650W, so yeah I hope it's nothing to worry about. It goes away in under three seconds anyways and it's only during start ups. Thanks :D!

This happens when my new Radeon 6870 is unhooked btw. So anyways when I boot up my PSU a high pitched noise is emitted from the back of the PSU for about 3 seconds. Anything to worry about? It's a 400 watt Dynex.
