    Lets step back a little. Download CPU-z from here http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html On the left side of that page there is a setup-english 32 and 64 bit version. Install that and run it. Once it's open click on memory and tell us what your timings are set at please.

    OK, next on the list is the memory, have you checked to make sure that the memory is running at the correct voltage and speed? I believe correct voltage is 1.2v.

    Hmmm, check your power connections on the motherboard. With the machine running, can you wiggle the power cord enough to see if it will reproduce a restart?

    A little hint for ya spirit...go into your Nvidia Control Panel then go into your 3d settings and turn off some stuff in there that has to do with antialiasing and application controlled stuff. Also change it from quality to high performance. This is just for benching. You can turn them back on...

    The pci-e 3.0 is backwards compatible 100%, As for the performance, it will decrease, but not by much. What is your computer specs anyways?

    I would go for the Asus, just a personal pick if it were me. The Asus does have a 5ms response time against the 6ms response from the Acer.

    With my personal experience, I wouldn't get either due to the 128 bit memory. I've had video cards with 256 bit memory, and then purchased a supposedly better card with 128 bit memory. With a little overclocking, the video card with 256 bit memory slightly outperformed the one with 128 bit...

    Have you tried pulling the heatsink off the processor, then reseat the processor. Clean the old thermal paste off and reapply new paste and heatsink.

    How to Setup 2 routers on the same Network?

    I have a 2 router setup and can't access router 2 config page unless I am connected through wifi on the 2nd router. This is the only way to access the 2nd routers config page, that I know of.
