its ok. i finally decided that it were a time to call in the experts, i phone up blueyonder and they forget to NIC cable or something like that..so it should all be sorted out thanks for your help anyways:D

My computer keeps crashin, saying that my webstar modem need disconnect but if i disconnect it my internet will not work, i have install all the drviers for the modem and i have a very good firewall and virus checker.. any tips??
