"0xc0150004" error

A while ago I found I could not run win moviemaker, whenever I tried I got an error message telling me the app had failed to initialize properly and I had to click Ok to close. the code was "0xc01500004". I clicked X instead as it was NOT ok with me.

what sholuld i do to resolve this .

I believe each of your 35 posts on this forum is for a different error or issue with your Windows install.

Have you tried backing up your pictures, music, and other personal data
and reinstalling your Operating System?
