1,200$ budget gaming PC

Hey guys, I need help with building a PC with a 1,200$ budget. I was about to get a pc with many other things like a 19" Led screen for less than 1,200$ but I am not sure if the GPU is that good, this is the PC with other things:
Intel i7 3.4 GHz
8GB RAM
1 TB HARD DISK
1 GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 250
DVD WR Drive
Monitor Samsung 19'' LED
Windows 7 Home Ultimate 64Bit
D-Link Wireless adapter
Scanner HP Scan jet G270
Printer HP Laserjet CP 1525 Color
-----------------------------------
All of this is for 1,100$ , so I'm not sure if it's a good deal, considering the GPU. I really would like to play Guild Wars 2 'when it's released' on high graphic options, and to be able to play other awesome games also, if you could advise me if I should buy this or get seperate parts + monitor screen. If it's separate parts please tell me from which website can I get it from, because I live in Qatar, and in Qatar there aren't any hardware shops around.

P.S.: I don't really need a scanner, printer or a wireless adapter, it's just what's in the 1,100$ deal
 
No for $1100 you can do much better. You'll have to look around for hardware shops, but you can build your own pretty easily and for $1100 you can build a very nice machine.

Will the
Intel i7 3.4 GHz

PC be able to play games like skyrim+AC revelations and guild wars 2 on highest options or ?
 
Not with that graphics card no. Get an i5 3570K and something like a Radeon HD 6850 or a 6870 then you might. Really for over 1000 bucks you should be able to get something like a 6950 or a 7850 or a GTX 560 Ti or a 570.
 
I just tried building around a 670, if a 560ti was used, or similar, probably could make budget, but 8 gig ram, 3570k and stock heatsink + 120g agility iii and wd blue 500gig drive, with a tx650 psu, antec 302 case, and a dvd drive and asus z77 mobo, came out to 1200 bucks...
