i want to download it but i don't know from where

1.4Mb...no i dont think there is one that small.

DSL is very small but its 50Mb

There are some very small UNIX-like OS's but these are generally command line only or are embedded.

I guess some of the much older OS's would be very small. But that would probably have drivers for ancient hardware. I think the origanal macintosh OS was 20k (i may be wrong).

What Jonyboy said, there are OS's in the past that are that size, but nothing in the present.

Since no one uses Floopy disks anymore, I would recommend you download it and burn the ISO as an image to a CD-R (using PowerISO, for example).

It's an image file, you need to load the image to either a CD, DVD, or Floppy, depending on where the image came from.

You need to use a program, I believe Nero can do it, but if not then try MagicISO.
