1 Computer 2+ Monitors?

How do you do it so you can have on computer (case) and multiple Monitors? Video card probaly? But what else.

You can often get away with using one single video card alone and configure the one or more desktops using the display configuration wizard. There are also software for dual monitor setups like Unimon for retail purchase. In addition to that you can locate programs that will clone one desktop onto the second monitor instead of simply extending just the one. Often the second monitor is connected with either the DVI output or S-Video connector.
