1 monitor 3 computers adapter?

i was wondering if this is such a thing and if there is where can i buy it?

its like you connect 3 computers to an adapter and it has switches to switch between the computers. and the adapter connects to 1 monitor.

im sorry if this is confusing becouse its kinda hard to explain
