1 of my 3870's has increased by 10c since new MOBO?

Setup my new mobo today (Rampage formula) and one of my 3870's has increased in temperature by 10c. One is sitting at 31c the other 41c. Both cards have TT DUORB's on them. On my old P5WDH both cards were sitting at 29c-30c, any ideas. Thanks in advance.
 
Just went and checked, and yes it's the top card. The NB is 20c hotter than on my old mobo. Full load that card goes up to 82c, it didn't go that high with the old stock cooler on it! I will have to see if I can get a fan on that NB somehow. I never thought of that, cheers.

Err, well. I managed to get a fan on the NB Heat sink and it dropped the temp of the NB by about 8c. While I did that I swapped the cards around to see if that made a difference (you never know), and it did :confused: now both cards are sitting at 38/39c how weird is this?
