1 USB device multiple computers

So here's my issue.

I've got an adapter to connect Xbox360 controllers to a PC, it can handle 4 controllers at a time.

Basically I want one controller per computer (which would be 3) only problem being, only one adapter.

I've tried USB over network SHARING programs but they don't "share," it lets the other computer use it, but then I can't.

So is there any way I could get something like this to work?

I assume this is for the wireless controllers, right?

No way to do it, I'm afraid. I believe the problem is that only one computer can use the USB device at one time, even though you have four controllers they're all connected to the same one device.

Yes, the wireless ones.

Not exactly fair then, I don't really have a need for 4 controllers on one PC
