10 Gb's

I hear that with this M2 SSD Drives and motherboards that you can get a data throughput of 10 Gb's. Can someone explain that to me?
 
It's like SATA 6 Gbps, except on a 10 Gbps bus.

Therefore, with the same 8b/10b encoding you can get up to 1 GB/s of transfer for a single device. Of course, it then depends on the speed of the drive to obtain these speeds, but you would still have available bus bandwidth until drives max that sort of transfer rate.
