So..I got rid of most startup things, a bunch of services (I researched them and am pretty sure they were ok to get rid of) in msconfig. I couldnt find any kind of viruses as far as I can tell, I went to safe mode, in the admin. user, and it still went to %80 something percent when I tried to open firefox. I ran this registry problem thing called uniblue registry booster, and it said there were 250 problems, but it wont fix them unless you buy it. I dont know if that has anything to do with anything. Anyone know what else to do? Even the startup music lags and skips.

Wrong section mate, you need to be in the Computer Security forum, and theres a few programs you need to run to clean your system. Sounds like you've got some nasty stuff on there.
