The only thing I'll throw out there is if you can swing it (by either paying more or rearranging another component or two), is that you can step up to a 2GB version of the 560 Ti for only $270 (~$25 more not counting MIR). Here's the link for the eVGA card:

If it was me, I would scratch the liquid cooling and simply go with the CM Hyper 212+ or Evo. But I'm not you and you also said overclocking was an important part of this build. Mainly just letting you aware of the 560 Ti option, if you didn't already know.

thsnks on hte 2gb headsup..its in there now. and i was gonna get the 212 .. and went corsair. still thinking about the 212 in the build.
