1000$ budget HELP ME please

I am looking into building a computer, mostly because of the announcement of Diablo III. So the build would have to have gaming capabilities. Could someone please offer some advice and maybe a build that they previous built for gaming. Keep in mind my budget is 1000$.

hhhmm.... we can do better than that, what until we get a reply from the above post and then i will show you how you recommend a build

Seems nice, except I'd get a different Hard Drive, Hitachi's are not the best. Get a Samsung, Seagate or Western Digital at least.

Also, take a look at the HD4850 from ATi it's about $25 more but it's better than the 8800GT
