10000 rpm or sata II?

What's faster, a drive like the 74 gb raptor with 10,000 rpms but only SATA I at 150 mb/s or a drive that's SATA II running at 7200rpms but at a 300 mb/s transfer speed?
 
they may have faster transfer speeds, but the 10K RPM has much faster access times.
Goodness man do you realize what you're typing??? (i.e., this is not the first time).

how about a cheeta drive? 15k rpm?? lol
Yes SCSI is beautiful .. a bit of a pain to setup but wonderful when you finally do get it running
