ok so ive finally decided on a mobo:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...Item=N82E16813128059
its speced for ddr2 1066 ram and kingston ddr2 1066 is cheap right now:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...Item=N82E16820134596
so im getting it.

heres where i need ur help:
the fsb runs at 1333 and 1066, which makes me think i have to run my fsb at the same speed as my ram, but slowing down my fsb speed doesnt make any sense now does it? should i slap a fan on my fsb and oc it to 2133?
i WILL learn to oc my fsb if it will give me faster memory.

You're ram should run half the speed of the FSB if it's DDR2. Any more and you won't notice the difference (with Intels). So if you want to use the full extend of those 1066mhz.. You'd have to run an Quadpumped FSB of 2132... Which would mean your FSB would be 2132/4= 533... That's quite high.

(correct me if I am wrong... Slap me while your at it)
