1090t overclocking options

What overclock would you run ...??

4 cores @ 4ghz with turbo core @ 4.4ghz on one core
5 cores @ 4ghz with turbo core @ 4.3ghz on two cores
6 cores @ 3.8 ghz with turbo core @ 4.1ghz on three cores

Depends on what you do on your PC. If you do a lot of multitasking and gaming, go with all 6 cores.

If you only do light tasking, light gaming, mostly internet etc I'd go with the 5 cores setup (as two cores at 4.3 will be better than one at 4.4 obviously).

god that turbo mode has my brain thinking...thats kinda a neat feature....dynamic ocing...wish i could get that working on something as old as i got, maybe when am3+ comes out ill be getting a 1090...they keep getting cheaper every week almost.

With 5 cores @ 4ghz it has about the same multi-tasking power as 6 cores @ 3.2ghz.

I mostly do video creation, gaming, and web browsing.
