120mm Fan connecting to Mobo?

You're talking about that rear fan? Usually fans have a 4-pin molex connector which can only plug into the power supply. Sometimes the fans have a small 3-pin connector that can plug into the motherboard directly. On the motherboard it should say SYS_FAN or PWR_FAN.

They have adapters for 4-3 pin right?

I want to use up all my fan connection on the mobo before I start pulling down more cables from the PSU.
