127 GB Hdd Limit?

Just installed Windows XP Pro on a new SATA hard drive and it's only showing it as a 127 GB when it's actually a 200 GB. It detects it correctly in BIOS but not in Windows. I read on another forum (don't know which one) to upgrade to SP2 and that would fix the problem. Tried it and it didn't work. Anyone got any ideas?
