This may be stupid but I know there not out yet theres just some talk.
I'm wondering will the 4850x2 perform aswell as two 4850 in crossfire or it will it perform better because its all on one card?
Or could it be worse.

I believe it's been shown that the x2 on the single card is a little faster. Probably has to do with better communication between the two parts since it shares architecture and not just a manual bridge.

BTW, please make your thread titles more informative than "?" ... no one wants to click on something that might waste their time if you don't give a little preview. =P
