I was wondering how to make my resolution higher than 1024x768 because I was at a sprint store and there was a 15 inch laptop displaying like a 1280x1024. How come mine doesn't go that far???

Your laptop should be able to do 1280x800

I recommend going to Intel and downloading the latest graphics drivers.
