15 Pin to USB

I have an old joystick I want to use to play games on my current computer.

The problem is though, that with it being old my computer doesn't have a port for it to go into.

I have looked on the internet for things to convert it into USB but i'm not sure what all the terminology means.

The Joystick has 15 pins sticking out (I think the correct word is male) arranged in 2 rows of 8 & 7.

Like this:

. . . . . . . .
. . . . . . .

Will somebody please tell me what I should be looking for.

Thanks In Advance

They have adapters for those. I have a couple of them sitting here. I've not tried it with an old joystick though. My gamepads and joystick were designed to work both ways...?

My flight stick came with one, let me look around for it. IF you are interested let me know, I will post a picture if a few

EDIT: Here it is and this is also the Joystick that it came with.
