1600mhz running @ 1066mhz

Honestly you won't tell the difference between the two in average use. Since you have the specs for it, I would go with the specs that are supposed to be stock for your ram. So... 1600MHz at 9-9-9-24
 
Only option I see is the multiplier which can be set to 10 and run memory at 1333

keep the voltage as low as possible while keeping your computer stable. For your dram speed settings must have a different setup than my bios. I'll see if I can find the answer for you.

Edit: sounds like the multiplier needs to be set to 12. I have no idea why you can't go past 10.

Yeah... So.. maybe I need to update my mobo's bios?
 
Looks like it will be the bios, only problem is... I can't update it on a 64bit OS, Trying to run the program gives me an error.

That might help. but before you do that take a look at this thread. It is over i7 overclocking and messes with the ram speed as well. They mentioned BCLK which may have an effect on your ram. Honestly I have not overclocked an intel system before so this is a shot in the dark.
