1s time i got a crash

this is basicly the first time i got a crash and my computer did shut off randomly once or twice so i set settings as default just incase if it was from the overclock but now everything set at default and i got a crash even though i set it to default a week ago this is the message if any one knows.

might be over heating? i got random shutdowns and bluescreens from overheating.
