Stupid question, but did you notice any screws that may have dropped onto the motherboard during the install when you took it out of your case?

It's funny that you say that, because I thought I had heard something light hit the floor when I was removing everything out of the case. I just noticed a small pin from a MOLEX connector on the floor. Maybe that could have gotten stuck somewhere. The odd thing is that none of my cables are missing a pin.
