There's a link to the spec's and what not.Its very old about 5 years old.haha

Here's my new set up.And its very much so built on a small budget. So i really don't expect much. But so im told ill be able to max out the games i use to play and crap.So that's pretty awesome imo.

Video card : ATI HD5850 1GB (given to me for free)

Processor : AMD ADX640WFGMBOX Athlon II X4 640 Quad Core Processor 3GHZ http://www.compusa.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6394302&CatId=4919

Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-M68MT-D3 Motherboard
http://www.compusa.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6637781&sku=G452-1031

Ram : Corsair CMX2GX3M1A1333C9 XMS3 2GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM
http://www.compusa.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6978231&sku=C13-7086

Power Supply : Diablotek PSDA600 DA Series 600W Power Supply
http://www.compusa.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6448054&sku=D15-1220

My questions are will i have to buy anything extra to make the move over to AMD stuff? And will i have to reformat my drives to make the move over?

Thanks!

Case?
+ OS?

The links don't work for me.
You may have trouble with the connections to the case, check those and the MB/psu if your trying to use the same case.
I think diablotek is a no. Check the power supply forum page for the sticky guide.
Your drives should be ok other than having to re-install windows if that's your os.

Only 2GB RAM? 2 x 2GB 1600MHz Kits are fairly cheap at the moment (<$60)
Do you have an overall budget?

No, no, no on the Diabloteck power supply. You're asking for headaches. Don't go cheap on the power supply because they are the backbone of any system.

Some reason why compusa instead of straight from Tigerdirect or even newegg?

The power supply is a piece of junk.

You can get a better board for 60 bucks.

Like said, you would be better off getting 2X2 for 4gb. of DDR3 1600.

Whats your price limit for the CPU/Board/Memory and Power Supply?
