Just my opinions. =D

If you plan on overclocking the 920 up to the 4Ghz range, you'll need
a watercooling setup. In reality, the chip is fast enough stock, but you
can get it into the 3.4Ghz range on air easily.

If you get an EVGA X58, consider that one board is cheaper and has less
warranty.

The 132-BL-E758-A1 has a Lifetime Warranty.
The 132-BL-E758-TR has a 2 year Warranty.

Same board, you just pay like $50.00 more for Lifetime.

I have a TX850 (70Amp) psu, and it's great. But, this is worth considering.

Last thing, don't skimp on your RAM. I've seen alot of people on the EVGA
forums have issues with thier OCZ RAM. Just a thought.

1. 4.0GHz is easily reachable on air just make sure you have a solid air cooler. the xigmatek thor's hammer is good and so is the coolermaster v8

2. make sure you get 1600mhz RAM or it will limit the overclockability of your cpu.

Have you tried the Noctua? It's great, but if I get to 4Ghz, I'm smokin on load.

What are your temps when you stress test?

the thor's hammer tested better than the v8 on an overvolted i7. it tested better than the TRUE also.
