2.5 laptop HDD in desktop rig

I just opened up an old laptop to get the HDD out. I was thinking of installing it in my desktop. I have an antec three hundred case which has a 2,5 inch or I could just get an adapter but How do I connect it to my mobo I have never seen this type of pins.

then where does the pin go on my mobo? Is that 2pins or 4?

The adapter plugs into the hard drive, then you plug an IDE cable into the adapter. Power is supplied through the attached molex.
