For Fear especially i would not recommend the 9200 series, i would look a little bit better on the video card
 
id say if you want ATI, look to the 9600 series, mid 9600 should not cost much, maybe even the 9600XT

how much was the 9250SE gonna cost you?

o. and y pc2700? how much was that gonna cost you?
its would be worth while to upgrade that to PC3200 now, if you can afford to do it. It'll cost more later (you'll have to replace the Pc2700 ram)
 
mobo? price? ... do you want PCI/e of AGP?

ya i noticed after, it shouldnt matter as long as the DIMM, can support DDR400, do you have a model name for the Mobo?
