2 different motherboards, different results in benchmarks

hello. I have an i7 3770k. I also have an asus maximus V gene, and an asus maximus V formula motherboard. both have the 1707 bios. when put the cpu in the gene motherboard, I get higher results in intel burn test than I do with the formula board, but I get higher scores in 3d mark and inigen vally with the formula board. with intel burn test I get about 76 gflops on the gene board, and only 63 gflops with the formula board. with vally benchmark, I get about 1200 with the gene board, and about 1700 with the formula board. does any one have any idea of why this is happening? thanks

well, I figured that since 74 people looked at this thread and didn't have a clue, I thought id tell you what the problem was.

windows needed sp1 installed. then intel burn test gives higher results. at least that what I did and it now gives me the same results as my uATX board.

(updated my sig!)
