2 different stop errors, WinXP

Hi,
I have a one-year old
AMD Phenom 9550 2.2 Ghz
GeForce 9600 GT
2 Western Digital sata Hdd's
XP home edition sp3


I was checking e-mail and recieved a bsod error

0x00000050
Page fault in non-paged area
0xc735a8cc, 0x00000001, 0x80537009, 0x00000000

I rebooted and got a different bsod error

0x0000000a
Irql not less or equal


So I've run memtest86+ with no errors, ran chkdsk and still have the same problem. I read that it could be faulty drivers but have no way to check which drivers since I cannot get it to boot in safe mode at all.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you try chkdsk or chkdsk/f ? because only with the /f switch that will try to repair the HDD..
Looks like you some bad sectores there.
