2 OS in laptop

can I put two OS(vista&7) in my laptop (sony vio VGN FW 200) and switch between them?.will there any problem.if yes ,please help me in finding a way to do this job.thank you in advance.

You can. Just make two partitions, install vista first and then install 7 like you would normally.

But why would you not just run one? I understand if where talking runinng windows/linux or windows/osx but windows/windows?
