2 Processor?????

I dont know if this is normal, I click on Device Manager+Processors=2 Processors. Thats wierd, shouldnt it be just 1, can somebody explain this, coz its makin me worry I think this happened when I installed my CPU and then I reinstalled it again after replacing my thermal compound.
