1. What security programs should I have? I currently have Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, and just the default Windows firewall. Is there any other program I should download?

2. I don't have administrator privileges at school, so I can not install programs. The computer I am assigned has a few viruses on it, and I would like to get rid of them, as they have infected 2 flash drives of mine. Is there a program that just has a .exe and doesn't require installation? By the way- not against the rules, my computer teacher said we could remove the viruses, she just doesn't feel like taking the time to fix all 30 computer in her room that are infected,

Thanks,

Edit: Answers to either would be appreciated. Preferably quickly.

1. No additional software required.

2. The IT person at the school needs to do their job, as you may end up damaging the OS. Are you sure they infected your flash drive and not the flash drive infected the computers?

Our IT person is unavailable. The person in charge until we get a new IT person is just a regular teacher without much computer knowledge. And if it had been my flash drive, then I would have gotten the computer's in other rooms infected to. It's 100% the computer. So is there just an exe that doesn't require installation?

Nope, as I said, if the IT person is not there, then the school needs to bring someone in to remove the viruses/malware. I can't help since this is a schools computer. Removing viruses/malware require extensive scanning and sometimes manual removal.
