1. I have 3 computers wirlessly networked sharing a printer (2 pc's and a laptop). Laptop is the computer with printer. Now we have 1 more laptop which is the newest and we want that to be connected to the printer. We cannot get in on the network, we tried setting up new network but it keeps saying cannot connect sometime we cant even see the laptop on our wireless list, it also cannot connect to the other 3 computers.

Any ideas what may be causing this. Laptop is an IBM lenovo thinkpad, one of the pretty recent core duo ones about a year or so old.

2. In my network places and in entire network i see a new network which isnt my normal MSHOME. I cannot connect to it either. How can i find out where or who it is. I am just curious cause maybe they can access our computers. Is there any risk of them accessing. We have encryption for our WEP key 56 or 64bit or whatever close number it is.

Just to make sure, on the new laptop you network discovery, file sharing, and printer sharing turned on. Also, are you sure that the new laptop is on the same workgroup as the rest of your computers?

You shouldn't need to use that, all you should have to do is make sure they are on the same workgroup. From what you described in your first post, the new laptop is on a separate workgroup. So I would double check and make sure it's set to the same workgroup as the other computers you have.
