1) I have uploaded a screencap of a lot of new unrecognized files in my C drive. I don't know if any of these are necessary for any of my games or programs. Which of these can I get rid of? And what are these from?
2) I have a 1 TB hdd and a 250 GB ssd in my computer, but I am currently only using the ssd as my C: drive. How can I implement my hdd and install things to it while still being able to access both storage devices from the same user/partition?Screenshot (5).png

You can delete all the text documents if you are really worried about it. Those files are only a few kb's in size so they aren't really using any space. The biggest file listed is the vc_red cab file at 1.5mb.

You can go into your personal folder and change the storage location from C drive to D drive by right clicking on the following folders and click on properties and then click on the location tab and changing the drive location.

All you need to do is change the drive letter to your HDD. Also when installing programs you can change the install location to your HDD.

My HDD isn't even listed in my drives (hence me needing to implement it). I don't know how to make it show up in the first place. I do know it is properly connected to the motherboard and power supply. I just assumed it would be there when I first started using this computer and it wasn't, just the ssd. I'm only now getting around to fixing it.

So the drive doesn't have any data on it. What you need to do is go into disk management and select new simple partition and do a quick format on it. Then it will show up in computer.
